Abigail R Hall

Abigail R. Hall Blanco is an associate professor of economics at the University of Tampa and a leading scholar of political economy, public choice, and defense and peace economics. Her research examines the economic consequences of war, military institutions, and government intervention. She is the co-author of several books, including Tyranny Comes Home and How to Run Wars, which explore the unintended consequences of military policy and state power.
