Jerry Brito

Jerry Brito is a legal scholar and technology policy expert specializing in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Internet policy. He is the co-founder of Coin Center and previously directed the Technology Policy Program at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Brito has testified before Congress on digital asset policy, taught as an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University, and co-authored Bitcoin: A Primer for Policymakers, helping shape public understanding of emerging financial technologies.
